沙棘果油是以沙棘全果為原料,經CO2超臨界萃取的一種 營養植物精油,具有沙棘果實特有的芳香氣味。沙棘果油含豐富的油酸和亞油酸,含量高達85%。

 沙棘,又稱醋柳、酸刺,是生長在我國華北、西北和東北地區的一種野生落葉灌木或小喬木,果實為橢圓形,橙黃色。

據測定,沙棘果中除含有蛋白質、脂肪、碳水化合外,還有人體必需的多種維生素和無機鹽,其中維生素含量豐富。尤以維生素C含量高,幾乎居一切果、蔬之冠。每百克沙糖果中含維生素C可高達800~850毫克,高可達2100毫克以上;含維生素E15~220毫克;維生素A原的含量則相當于豆油的20~30倍,故而有“維生素寶庫”之稱

沙棘果 含脂肪約11%,大部分由不飽和脂肪酸所組成,極易被人體吸收用,並能降低血液中的膽固醇和甘油三酯,可有效地防治高血壓和冠心病。

沙棘果油是以優質精選的沙棘果為原料經過搾汁、高速離心分離、板框壓濾等工藝而制得的棕紅色澄清透明的油狀液體,具有沙棘果實特有的芳香氣味。沙棘果油富含100多種生物活性成分,在臨床醫學觀察中具備了綜合的多方面療效功能。具有降血脂,抗潰瘍、提高免疫力、美容等功效。

沙棘果油在消炎,抗潰瘍方面作用亦較顯著,適用於多種原因引起的胃炎、胃潰瘍患者,其作用機理為沙棘果油在受損的粘膜處形成一層有效的保護膜,抵抗外界攻擊因子,如胃酸及細菌等。而沙棘果油中的不飽和脂肪酸及VE類物質又為粘膜的修復提供營養,進而促進局部病變的修復。

我國民間有用沙棘來治療消化系統疾病,包括胃、十二指腸潰瘍、胃炎、消化不良等病。研究發現,沙棘油對胃潰瘍有良好的促進癒合作用。
