 物理性质:微小结晶(乙酸乙酯)。熔点87~89℃。易吸湿。旋光度-147°(c=1,水、乙醇或丙醇),呈变旋作用,旋光度-127°(9h后,水中),易溶于乙醇、丙酮、冰醋酸,5%NaOH溶液等,可溶于水、丁醇、乙酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯等,几乎不溶于 、石油醚、氯仿、四氯化碳等。



1、制药 用于制造治疗病毒、细菌、原生动物类、寄生虫和吸血虫等所引起的疾病的新药,和治疗感冒的新药。
2、保健食品 在欧美等国家,橄榄叶提取物主要做为膳食补充剂,用于调节免疫力。
3、护肤品 高含量的橄榄苦甙主要用于护肤品,可以保护皮肤细胞不受紫外线的伤害,有效维持肌肤柔嫩与弹性,达到扶肤、嫩肤的功效。高含量橄榄苦甙80%专门为护肤品设计,其有效成分高,颜色浅,非常适合化妆品配方设计。
