Original form: The golden needle mushroom consists of two major parts: the nutritional organ (mycelium) and the reproductive organ (zygote). (1) Mycelium is made by spore germination, under artificial culture condition, mycelium is usually white fluffy, with horizontal partition and branching, many mycelium gather together to form mycelium. Unlike other edible mushrooms, mycelium will form a large number of unicellular powder spores (also called conidia) at a certain stage, which can germinate into unicellular mycelium or binucleate mycelium under suitable conditions. Some people found in the test that the number of powder spores in the mycelium stage of golden mushroom is related to the quality of golden mushroom, and the strains with more powder spores have poor quality and darker color at the base of the stalk.
Geographical distribution: In China, from Heilongjiang in the north to Yunnan in the south, from Jiangsu in the east to Xinjiang in the west are suitable for the growth of Golden Needle Mushroom.
