【熔點及溶解度】:游離的辛弗林熔點184-185,易溶于有機溶劑,難溶于水,其酸式鹽和碱式鹽則易溶于水,難溶于有機溶劑,鹽酸鹽結晶熔點151~152,易溶于水;重酒石酸鹽熔點188~189,易溶于水,難溶于乙醇,幾乎不溶于氯仿、 。

辛弗林是枳實提取物中的主要活性成分 辛弗林提取物Synephrine 上禾生物,其可有效預防能量過剩(熱量堆積),逐風理氣,溫胃促進食慾並加速新陳代謝。酸橙理論上可加速脂肪代謝且不會像使用麻黃的患者那樣出現不良的副作用影響心血管。其也是一種溫和的芬芳除痰劑,一種神經鎮定劑和治療便祕的輕瀉劑。

可逆性膽碱酯酶(ACHE)抑制劑。治療重症肌無力的作用與新斯的明相追認,維持時間明顯長于新斯的明,毒性低,不良反應少,對乙酰膽碱醋本科具有選擇性抑製作用,易通過血、腦脊液屏障。本品適用於良性記憶障礙,可顯著改善AD患者認知功能、行為和心境障礙。對癡呆患者和腦器質 引起的記憶障礙亦有改善作用。
