厚朴,為木蘭科植物厚朴和廬山厚朴的樹皮、根皮和枝皮。厚朴提取物的主要成分有厚朴酚、和厚朴酚,厚朴油揮發油的主要成分為桉葉油醇,厚朴提取物中的生物碱有厚朴碱。目前主要提取的有效成分有,厚朴總酚,厚朴酚和和厚朴酚,同時厚朴也常用在化妝品中作為廣譜抗菌素,抗菌美白和天然防腐劑。

 

厚朴別名香朴、赤朴、紫油厚朴等,為常用中藥。首載于《神農本草經》,列為中品。 厚朴提取物是以厚朴 Magnolia officinalis 等的乾燥的根皮、莖皮或枝皮為原料提取的 產品,商品提取物通常對厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量進行標化。
 
【分布】木蘭科木蘭屬植物全世界約有 90 種,我國約有 30 種,其中有藥用價值的約 20 種。厚朴生于海拔 300
1700m 的土壤肥沃、土深厚的向陽山坡、林緣處。
 
【產地】厚朴主要分布于湖北西部、四川南部、陝西南部及甘肅南部;凹葉厚朴主要分 布于江西、安徽、浙江、福建、湖南、廣西及廣東北部。厚朴、凹葉厚朴多有交叉分布,均 有大麵積人工栽培。
 
【主要成分】厚朴樹皮含厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、異厚朴酚等成分。並從厚朴的乙酸乙酯提 取液中分離出了三羥基厚朴酚,去氧三羥基厚朴酚,三羥基厚朴醛,聚厚朴酚甲、丙。樹皮 含揮發油約 1%,油中主要含β - 油醇; 尚含α - 蒎烯、β
- 蒎烯、檸檬烯、乙酸龍腦酯。樹 皮中亦含木蘭箭毒碱。葉亦含厚朴酚、和厚朴酚。
 
【采收加工】4 6 月剝取生長 15 年以上樹的干皮,置沸水中微煮后,堆置土坑里,上 蓋青草使之 發汗 ,待水分自內部滲出后,內表面變紫褐色或棕褐色時,再蒸軟,取出, 捲成筒狀,曬乾或炕干。根皮及枝皮剝下后可直接陰乾。

厚朴提取物的含量測定

【含量測定】照高效液相色譜法測定。

色譜條件與系統使用性試驗 以十八烷基硅烷鍵合硅膠為填充劑,以甲醇、水(78:22)
為流動相;檢測波長為 294nm.理論板數按照厚朴酚計算應不低於 3800.
 
對照品溶液的制備
取厚朴酚對照品、和厚朴酚對照品適量,精密稱定,加甲醇分別製成每 1ml 含厚朴酚
45ug、和厚朴酚 45ug 的溶液,即得。
 
供試品溶液的制備
取樣品適量,精密稱定,置容量瓶中,加甲醇 - 水(78:22)溶解,精密加入甲醇、水(78:22)
至刻度線,密塞,搖勻,濾過,即得。
測定法 分別精密吸取上述兩種對照品溶液各 10ul 與供試品溶液 10ul,注入液相色譜 儀,測定,即得。
 
物理性質
本品為棕褐色至白色精細粉末,氣香,味辛辣,微苦。單體為無色鱗片狀晶體。熔點
87.5℃。旋光度±0°, cm  1:3280,1610,1500,882,826。可溶于 般的有機溶劑,易溶
于苯, ,氯仿,乙醇等,難溶于水。在氯仿中與氯化鐵作用成藍色。與三氯化鐵甲醇溶
液反應,顯藍黑色,與 Millon 試劑反應,現棕色沉澱,與間苯三酚鹽酸溶液反應現紅色沉
