灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)在中国被称为“不朽的蘑菇”并运用于东方医药中已有超过2000年历史。近年来,其活性成分成为深入研究的主题,主要关注其明显的预防或治疗某些癌症,对肝病,HIV感染,急性或周期性疱疹病毒感染,高血压,慢性支气管炎,过敏和哮喘的治疗有帮助,以及良性调节免疫功能的能力。灵芝主要生长在中国沿海省份野外的腐朽木材或树桩上。其子实体主要药用。
