厚朴药用价值很高,其树皮,根皮,花,果,均可入药。厚朴不同部位药用成分不同,其中以厚朴树皮,根皮中的厚朴酚与和厚朴酚为主,不同树龄的厚朴皮中的成分基本相同,但药用含量不同。由于厚朴树皮总酚含量较低,一般在2%-6%之间,而且随产地不同原料总酚含量差异较大, 而16年以上根皮总酚平均都能达到10%以上,因此综合考虑,我们选用20年以上,产地湖北西部,湖南西南部的根皮生产厚朴酚与和厚朴酚。

厚朴的主要成分:木脂体类化合物:厚朴酚(magnolol),和厚朴酚(honokiol),和厚朴新酚(obovatol),6’-O-甲基和厚朴酚(6’-O-methylhonokiol)等。

生物碱:木兰箭毒碱(magnocurarine)和柳叶木兰碱(salicifoline);

挥发油:含30多种成分,主要的有β-桉叶醇(β-eudesmol)17.4%,荜澄茄醇(cadinol)14.6%,愈创萜醇(guaiol)8.7%等。

另还含芥子醛(sin ldehyde),丁香树脂酚(syringaresinol),丁香树脂酚-4’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙等。

厚朴提取物的主要成分是厚朴酚、和厚朴酚,厚朴油挥发油的主要成分为桉叶油醇,厚朴提取物中的生物碱有厚朴碱,在一定的贮藏年限内,厚朴贮藏有利于酚类含量的转化与积累

日化洗护应用

1、用于口香糖、牙膏、漱口水产品,预防牙斑和牙龈炎,防龋齿,防口臭;

2、用于洗发水,可止屑去痒,健康毛囊

3、用于沐浴露,可抗菌、美白、止痒

化妆品方面应用

1、和厚朴酚的抗菌性可用作化妆品防腐剂

2、美白淡斑的水、乳、膏、霜、面膜
