杜仲绿原酸来源于杜仲科植物杜仲(Eucomma Umoides Oliv)叶,采用纯水提取、沉降、精密过滤,再经树脂吸附分享等工艺精制而成。

 

[性状]产品冷水中溶解度小,易溶于热水、乙醇和丙酮,纯品为针状结晶,分子量354.3,在微酸性、低温、避光条件下,性质稳定,UV 吸收峰324mm(水溶液)左右。

[用途]本品具有抗菌、消炎、解毒、利胆、降压及升高白细胞及显著增加胃肠蠕动和促进胃液分泌等药理作用,对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌和病毒有较强的抑制和杀灭作用,对急性咽喉炎症及皮肤病有明显疗效,临床上用于治疗急性细菌性感染疾病及放、化疗时所致的白细胞减少症,对月经过多、子宫功能性出血有良好的止血效果,还具有肾上腺素类作用。

杜仲绿原酸的主要药理作用有:

1、降压作用
